Kakaa Denka

　This scroll depicts Ito, wife of Nagai Konshūrō, who established the Nagai method of sericulture, holding a workshop on sericulture. In this scroll, Ito grabs a silkworm egg card with her left hand from among multiple silkworm egg cards laid out on her desk. The expression on her face suggests that she is used to making hand gestures with her right hand and speaking seriously about various topics.
